New Post: hsm 8000 issue

i currently have a thales hsm 8000 . The alarm led is illuminated . on doing a reboot on the hsm the led stays illuminated.

i cannot connect via console to the hsm. no matter the serial port settings . i tried many settings i cannot connect to it.

what can i do to make the alarm led go off and how else can i connect to the hsm other than the console. The management port was never configured. how do i return the hsm to factory settings.
